How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 3 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes or holds to my subscription plan?
You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! Call or text us at 310-896-8548 or email at ThePlumDahlia@gmail.com and let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription. You can also change addresses if you'd like to gift your subscription delivery.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
