Brooke never disappoints. When I left a note to get crazy with my friend's birthday flowers, she went all out. They were beautiful, grand, and wild—matching my beautiful friend's personality perfectly. She adored them, and it feels so special to give her a unique gift when we're across the country. I truly do not remember how I started following The Plum Dahlia on IG, but I am obsessed.
