I have been using BloomNation since 2018, and Brooke is the most amazing florist I have ever encountered. Not only is her creation stunning and reasonably priced, but her customer service is also truly top-notch. At first, I was a little nervous about ordering from a florist that I had never used before, not to mention that we had a very sensitive request. However, Brooke went above and beyond to take care of this simple but delicate order, and we could not have been more grateful. Not only did she upgrade our arrangement free of charge (the final set was absolutely stunning, btw, and the recipient LOVED it), but her thoughtfulness throughout the whole process also shone right through. From checking in with us a week before the scheduled delivery date to providing timely updates as well as pictures, her kindness deserves 100 stars and not just five. My only complaint is that I don't live in LA. Otherwise, I would have loved to decorate my home with bouquets and centerpieces from her every month.
